Shipping Policy within India
Feminon Closet guarantees to deliver products to all cities across India. Feminon Closet shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties. We use reliable courier companies like Ecom, Delhivery, Ekart, and DTDC to ship the products. Generally for Cash on Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery.
Shipment Time
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of the product and other factors.
Product is dispatched within 24 working hours from the time order is placed and all orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.
Reschedule of Shipment Date
In case you are not available during delivery, you could call the delivery agent back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their nearest location.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
